第三屆敲响小金鐘演講大賽閃亮登陸香港，2025首辦香港賽區，誠邀全港6-15歲學生參與。今年首辦香港賽區，更第一年加上英語組別! 想讓你的portfolio 令人眼前一亮? 無論是演講高手還是新手，我們期待大家的參與! 粵普英組別，說不定，這次的得奬者就是你!
這次香港賽區的金銀銅奬得主還有機會在廣東廣播電視台參加全國總決賽，把握機會，一說成名!

比賽地點：香港專業教育學院（觀塘）- 香港九龍 觀塘 曉明街25號
Venue: IVE (Kwun Tong) - 25 Hiu Ming Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon
演講時限：限時2-4分鐘 (兒童A組）, 限時3-5分鐘 (兒童B組及少年組)
Speaking Time Limit: 2-4 minutes for Children Group A, 3-5 minutes for Children Group B and Youth Group

演講內容（ 35分）
思想內容能緊緊圍繞主題，觀點正確、鮮明見解獨到，內容充實具體感人生動。材料真實典型、新穎，事跡感人、反映客觀事實，具有普遍意義，體現時代精神，講稿結構嚴謹，構思巧妙，引人入勝，文字簡練流暢，具有較強的思想性。
Speech Content (35 marks)
Closely connected to the theme, with correct viewpoint, clear and unique elaboration. Substantial, concrete, touching and vivid content. Adoption of genuine, novel, touching materials that reflects facts, universal significance and spirit. Rigorous structure, ingenious concept, concise and fluent words that is fascinating and insightful.
語言表達（ 35分）
演講者語言規範，吐字清晰，聲洪亮圓潤演講表達準確、流暢、自然。語言技巧處理得當，語速恰當，語氣、語調音量、節奏張弛，符合思想感情的起伏變化能熟練表達所演講的內容。
Verbal Expression (35 points)
The speaker's language is appropriate. Words are clearly projected with appropriate voice projection. Speech expression is accurate, fluent and natural. Language skills are handled properly. The speed, tone, intonation and volume are appropriate and in line with the ups and downs of thoughts and feelings. Skillfully expressing the content of the speech.
形象風度（ 15分）
演講者精神飽滿，能較好地運用姿態、動作手勢、表情，表達對演講稿的理解。
Image Demeanor (15 points)
The speaker is full of energy. Use postures, hand gestures and expressions well to express his/her understanding of the speech.
綜合印象（5分）
演講者著裝樸素端莊大方，舉止自然得體有風度，富有藝術感染力。
Overall impression (5 points)
The speakers are dressed in a simple and dignified manner. Natural and decent, full of artistic appeal.
現場效果（ 10分）
演講時具有較強的感染力、吸引力和號召力能較好地與聽眾感情融合一起緊，營造良好嘅演講效果。
Effect on the spot (10 points)
The speech has a strong appeal, attraction and charisma. Can connect closely with the audience's feelings and create a good speech effect.
比賽細則 Contest Rules:

參賽者可以同時參加多於一個語言組別的演講比賽，唯參賽者只可以根據自己的年齡參加相應的年齡組別。大會有權要求參賽者出示學生証之類相關的文件作驗正參賽者身份的用途。Participants can participate more than one language category of speech contest, but only participate in one age category according to participants’ respective age. The organizer has the right to request participants to show their student card or any personal identification document to verify participants’ information.

參賽內容不得涉及政治、宗教、⾊情、暴⼒、不良意識、侮辱成分或任何不恰當之內容等。如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會將保留一切法律上追究的權力 。Speech content must not involve politics, religion, pornography, violence, negative vibes, insults or any inappropriate content. If the entry violates any law, all legal liabilities will be borne by the contestant, and the organizers reserves all legal rights to pursue.

參賽者確認其參賽作品是原創的，參賽作品沒有抄襲任何第三者的作品，並確認沒有侵犯他人的知識產權，亦不得剽竊他⼈作品。任何引用或轉述的內容都必須在演講過程中說明。如有違規或違法，即被取消參賽或得獎資格。The contestant certifies that the content of the speech is substantially original, and that the entry does not copy the work of any third party, and that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others, nor plagiarize other people's works. Any quoted, paraphrased, or referenced content must be identified during the speech presentation. Any violation or violation of the law will result in disqualification from the contest or prize.

參賽表格一經遞交或付款即表示參賽者同意並會遵守本活動的比賽細則。By submitting application form or paying to enter the contest, the participant agrees and will abide by the Contest Rules of this event.

公布的得奬名單為最終結果。本會所舉辦的比賽不設任何上訴機制，本會對所有比賽結果擁有最終的決定權。Announcement of contest winners is final. There is no appeal mechanism for the contest, and the organizers has the final say on the results of all contests.

如中、英文兩個版本有任何抵觸或不相符之處，應以中文版本為準。 If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
